In-home measure
We come out, measure the opening, look at your current setup, and ask what you’re after. We bring door samples — we don’t do “just pick from the website.”

Hard quote within 24 hours
Email and PDF with door make, model, color, hardware, opener if needed, install date, and a single total. No line items that say “TBD.”

Install day
Old door out, new door in, opener calibrated, springs tensioned, remotes paired. Single-car: ~3 hours. Double-car: 4–5 hours. We clean up before we leave.

Walk-through before we go
We open it, close it, test the manual release, verify safety eyes, and show you everything. You get the labor warranty card before our truck leaves.
Pricing
We don’t post prices. Here’s why that’s fine.
A 16×7 steel door on a standard opening runs differently than a custom 18×8 on a non-standard frame. Publishing a number that’s right for one and wrong for the other doesn’t help you.

We come out and measure. If you don’t move forward, you don’t owe us anything for the trip.

You see the full number before we start. Labor, parts, disposal — all in. No line items that appear later.
No surprise additions
If we find something unexpected, we stop and show you before doing anything about it. Your call, not ours.
Questions
Things people ask before booking.
For in-home quotes, usually within 24–48 hours. Once you approve the quote, most installs happen within the same week. We stock common door sizes, so if your door is standard, we may be able to get it done faster than you’d expect.
Single-car standard door: about 3 hours. Two-car: 4–5 hours. Custom carriage-house with decorative hardware: budget a full day. We confirm the timeline in writing when we send the quote.
We work primarily with Clopay and C.H.I. for steel and wood-look, Amarr and Wayne Dalton for full-view glass. We can source other brands on request.
Not always. If your opener is under 10 years old with rolling-code remotes, it’ll usually work fine. If it’s older, we’ll recommend replacing it — quoted separately so you can decide.
We haul it. Still-functional doors often go to Austin Habitat ReStore. Everything else gets properly scrapped.
