These terms apply to your use of edgegaragedoorstx.com and to quotes and services from Edge Garage Doors LLC ("Edge"). By using the site or booking a service you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a written estimate or invoice you signed, the signed document wins.

Prices on this website

Prices, "starting at" figures, monthly payment examples, and the online estimate calculator are estimates only. The final price is set in a written quote after we see the door, opener, framing, and site conditions in person or on photos you send. Prices can change with material costs, door size and style, structural work, permits, and access. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Free on-site quotes

Quote visits in our service area are free and carry no obligation. If you are not home at the agreed time and have not told us, we may charge a trip fee on a rescheduled visit. We may decline work that is unsafe, outside our service area, or not permitted.

Scheduling and cancellations

You can cancel or move an appointment at no charge by calling or texting us before the day of the visit. Same-day cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a trip fee. Custom-ordered doors and parts cannot be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer; the deposit covers that order.

Deposits and payment

Repairs are paid on completion. Door installations and two-to-one conversions require a deposit at acceptance of the quote, with the balance due on completion. We accept card, check, and the financing options listed on our Financing page. Financing is provided by third-party lenders through Hearth, is subject to credit approval, and is governed by the lender's terms — "0% APR" and "from $X/mo" examples assume approval and a specific term.

Permits and structural work

Two-to-one conversions and other work that changes framing may need a permit and, where required, an engineer's beam specification. We tell you in the quote if this applies. Permit and engineering fees are listed separately. You are responsible for HOA approval unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty

Parts we install are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty; labor is covered for 90 days. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vehicles hitting the door, storms, power surges, misuse, lack of maintenance, work by others, or cosmetic wear. Manufacturer warranties on doors and openers are provided by the manufacturer under their terms.

Your property

We need clear access to the garage, with vehicles and stored items moved away from the door and tracks. We are not responsible for items left in the work area. We will leave the area clean and remove old doors and parts unless you ask to keep them.

Safety

Garage door springs and cables are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Information on this site is for understanding the work, not instructions for doing it yourself. Edge is not responsible for injury or damage from do-it-yourself repairs.

Website content and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Photos show real Edge jobs; the door you receive may differ in style or color. Text, photos, and graphics on this site belong to Edge Garage Doors LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Communications

By submitting a form you agree that we may call, text, or email you about your request. Texting is optional; reply STOP to end texts. Standard message rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Texas law, Edge's liability for any claim related to the site or a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost use of the garage or vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in Travis County, Texas, unless the law gives you a right to another venue.
