Our process, step by step.

• 01 — Visual inspection. We walk the door — tracks, springs, cables, opener arm. We flag anything sketchy. You always see the issue before we do anything.
• 02 — Roller swap. If you have steel rollers, we swap to 13-ball nylon rollers. Quieter, longer-lasting. Included in the contact us for pricing.
• 03 — Lube & tighten. Every hinge, every bearing, every spring coil. We torque the lag bolts that hold your tracks — they vibrate loose over time.
• 04 — Balance test. We pull the opener release and lift the door by hand. Done right, you can lift a 250-lb door with two fingers. We tune until that’s true.

What it costs.

• contact us for pricing flat. Inspection, lubrication of all moving parts, hinge & bolt tightening, balance adjustment, opener force/limit setting, and a 25-point report. Nylon roller swap included if needed.
• What’s NOT included: Cable replacement, spring replacement, opener parts, panel repair. We quote those separately if we find them — you decide whether to do them.
