Our process, step by step.

• 01 — Diagnose at no charge. A trip charge applies only if you don’t hire us. If we do the work, the diagnosis is on the house.
• 02 — Detension. We block the door, release the springs, and pull the existing cables off the drums. This is the part you don’t want to DIY.
• 03 — Install & tension. New cables routed and seated, drums clocked, springs retensioned to spec. We swap any worn rollers while the door is loose.
• 04 — Cycle test. 5 cycles minimum. We listen for slap, click, and bang sounds; we watch cables for slip. If anything’s off, we re-tune.

• Free quote. We come out and look. If you don’t hire us, no charge for the visit.
