We’ll pull a sample from your door, photograph the embossing, and source the closest match. Sometimes within shade; sometimes a full repaint is needed.

In-stock panels for common Clopay/C.H.I. doors: 2–4 days. Discontinued profiles: 1–3 weeks. We’ll tell you up front if yours is rare.

ONE

One section, not five

Most panel damage is the bottom or second-from-bottom section. Replacing those individually is straightforward. Middle sections sometimes need the door re-stacked.

Our process, step by step.

  • 01 — Photos + measure. Send us photos before we drive out — we can usually tell from the picture whether the match exists or you need a full door.
  • 02 — Source the panel. We order from the manufacturer or pull from local stock. 2–4 days for in-stock, 1–3 weeks for special order.
  • 03 — Swap day. About 2 hours on site. We disconnect tension, remove the damaged section, install the new one, re-tension.
  • 04 — Reseal & test. Fresh bottom weather seal, new strut if needed, lube, balance. The door looks and works like nothing happened.

A single bottom panel on a standard Clopay 4050 runs about contact us for pricing installed depending on color and profile. Wood-look or custom is more. We’ll provide the line-itemized estimate your insurance needs if it’s a claim.

If the door is more than 12–15 years old, color match is hard and the door has faded. We’ll be straight with you — sometimes a full repaint or replacement just looks better.

We’ll provide the line-itemized estimate your insurance needs. We bill you directly and you get reimbursed — or we can bill insurance directly with your authorization.
